BrightSpring Reports Secondary Offering of Shares

BrightSpring Health Services (BTSG) said late Monday some of its stockholders, including an affiliate of Kohlberg Kravis Roberts and certain members of management, plan to sell 20 million shares in a secondary offering.

The company said it is not selling any shares. Goldman Sachs is the book-running manager for the offering.

The firm said it plans to buy up to the lesser of 10% of the shares sold in the offering or $60.0 million.
