Descartes Systems Group (DSGX) said Wednesday it has launched a suite of artificial intelligence agents designed to automate freight visibility workflows and help in other operations.
The Descartes MacroPoint OpsForce offering provides automated driver engagement, exception management and documentation workflows for shippers, brokers, carriers and logistics service providers.
