0752 GMT - ST Engineering's margins and revenue are likely to improve in 2026, prompting Citi analyst Luis Hilado to raise his target price to S$10.65 from S$10.42. The momentum from securing defense and public security orders in 2025 signals its revenue and profit exposure to the overall industry will increase, the analyst says in a note. While Citi retains a neutral rating on the stock, it adds a 90-day upside catalyst view on the stock, citing expectations of robust order wins to be reflected in its 1Q business update. Shares rise 2.7% to S$10.24. (megan.cheah@wsj.com)
