Ariadne Australia (ASX:ARA) has confirmed that its on-market share buy-back facility will be extended, remaining open for up to 12 months as part of its ongoing capital management strategy, according to a Tuesday filing with the Australian bourse.
The proposed program will start on Tuesday and run until March 2, 2027, the filing said.
