Oddity Tech (ODD) reported Q4 adjusted earnings Wednesday of $0.20 per diluted share, the same as a year earlier.
Analysts polled by FactSet expected $0.14.
Revenue for the quarter ended Dec. 31 was $152.7 million, up from $123.6 million a year earlier.
Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $151.1 million.
For Q1, chief financial officer Lindsay Drucker Mann said it expects revenue to decline around 30% year-over year because of "the dislocation we are experiencing in acquisition costs."
The company also said $103 million in share buybacks remain from its previously announced $150 million repurchase authorization, which is set to expire next year.
Shares of the company were down more than 39% in recent Wednesday premarket activity.
