Capricorn Metals Posts Higher Fiscal H1 Underlying Earnings, Revenue

Capricorn Metals (ASX:CMM) reported Thursday fiscal first-half underlying earnings of AU$0.3324 per share, up from AU$0.164 a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected earnings of AU$0.34.

Revenue for the six months ended Dec. 31, 2025, was AU$327.5 million, compared with AU$201.4 million a year earlier. Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected AU$349.2 million.

The company expects to achieve the upper end of its fiscal 2026 gold production guidance, delivering between 115,000 and 125,000 ounces of gold at an all-in sustaining cost ranging from AU$1,530 to AU$1,630 per ounce.

The board declared a maiden interim dividend of AU$0.05 per share, payable April 9 to shareholders on record as of March 17.

The company's shares rose 2% in recent Thursday trade.
