EZZ Life Science Holdings (ASX:EZZ) appointed Glenn Cross as its Chief Strategy Officer following the conclusion of his tenure as the firm's Chair, according to a Tuesday Australian bourse filing.
Its board will begin a formal process to appoint a new Non-executive Chair.
Cross will remain engaged with the firm in a consulting capacity, advising on new product development, research collaborations, and strategic expansion initiatives.
Its shares fell 5% in recent trading on Tuesday.
