STAR CM repurchases 34,900 shares; outstanding share capital reduced to 398.07 million

STAR CM Holdings Limited reported that it bought back 34,900 ordinary shares on 25 June 2026 via on-market transactions on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.

The shares were repurchased at prices ranging from HKD 0.78 to HKD 0.83, with a volume-weighted average cost of HKD 0.81, for a total consideration of HKD 0.03 million.

After the transaction, the number of issued shares (excluding treasury shares) dropped from 398.10 million to 398.07 million. Treasury shares increased from 0.44 million to 0.47 million, while the company’s total issued share count remained unchanged at 398.54 million.

The buyback was executed under a mandate approved on 18 June 2026 that authorises STAR CM to repurchase up to 39.85 million shares. Cumulative repurchases under this mandate now stand at 0.40 million shares, equivalent to 0.10 % of the issued share capital on the mandate date.

Under Hong Kong listing rules, STAR CM is subject to a 30-day moratorium—running through 25 July 2026—during which it may not issue new shares or sell treasury shares without prior exchange approval.
