Sri Trang Gloves (Thailand) Plc launches fresh buy-back of 3.1 million shares

Sri Trang Gloves (Thailand) Plc (STGT) told the Stock Exchange of Thailand that it repurchased 3,107,400 shares on Mar, 05 2026 through on-exchange transactions.

The shares were bought at between 8.45 and 8.85 Thai baht apiece, for a total consideration of about 1.01 million Singapore dollars (27.19 million Thai baht).

Since the share buy-back programme was authorised by the board on Sep, 18 2025, the company has accumulated 92,287,300 repurchased shares, equal to 3.22% of paid-up capital, at an aggregate cost of roughly 27.46 million Singapore dollars (741.55 million Thai baht).

The mandate allows STGT to repurchase up to 220 million shares, or 7.68% of its paid-up capital, until Mar, 20 2026.
