Bund Center Investment Ltd announced that at its annual general meeting held on Apr, 24 2026, shareholders approved all six resolutions, including a special final dividend of 0.068 Singapore dollars per share for the financial year ended Dec, 31 2025.

The meeting adopted the FY2025 audited financial statements, sanctioned directors’ fees of 0.288 million Singapore dollars, and re-appointed Moore Stephens LLP as external auditor. Shareholders also renewed the general share-issue mandate—authorising the board to allot shares and convertible securities up to 50 % of issued capital, with a 20 % sub-limit for non-pro-rata issues—and refreshed the interested-person transactions mandate.

Poll results showed each resolution garnering at least 99.55 % of votes cast, with 646.5 million shares represented on most items.

During the session, the company confirmed that long-serving Executive Director and Chief Financial Officer Chew Yow Foo would step down at the close of the meeting. Willy Ng will assume the role of Group Chief Financial Officer on Apr, 27 2026.
