PAGODA GP Buys Back 0.60 Million H-Shares for HKD 1.12 Million, Issued Shares Reduced to 1.997 Billion

Shenzhen Pagoda Industrial (Group) Corporation Limited (PAGODA GP) reported the on-market repurchase of 0.60 million H-shares on 02 April 2026. The transaction, executed within a price range of HKD 1.82–1.90 per share and a volume-weighted average price of HKD 1.86, involved a total cash outlay of HKD 1.12 million. All repurchased shares are being held as treasury shares.

Following the buyback, the number of issued shares (excluding treasury shares) fell to 1.997 billion, representing a 0.03% reduction versus the 31 March 2026 balance. Treasury shares increased to 3.68 million, leaving the company’s total issued share count unchanged at 2.001 billion.

The latest transaction brings cumulative repurchases under the 05 June 2025 mandate to 3.68 million shares, equivalent to 0.25% of the share capital outstanding on the mandate date. The firm remains authorized to repurchase up to 145.39 million shares under the current mandate.

In line with Hong Kong listing rules, PAGODA GP is subject to a moratorium on issuing new shares or disposing of treasury shares until 02 May 2026.
