Virtual Mind Holdings (01520) has announced that it has formally signed a letter of intent for strategic cooperation with Virtual Mind Holdings (01520) and the Australian artificial intelligence technology company OZBeat AI Group PTY LTD (OZBeat AI).

The two parties plan to carry out strategic cooperation in areas including artificial intelligence generated content (AIGC), AI content identity and digital copyright infrastructure, AI digital employee systems, as well as creator services and commercialization ecosystems, and to explore integrating the relevant technologies and applications into the group's digital platforms and future artificial intelligence business ecosystem.

1. AIGC Content Identification and Digital Copyright Infrastructure

The two parties plan to explore applying the ISRC-AAM-CID artificial intelligence music identification and disclosure framework, promoted by the Australian AI Music Alliance and OZBeat AI, to the group's digital content ecosystem, so as to provide foundational support for AI-generated music and related digital content in areas such as work identification, AI participation disclosure, source recording, and digital content binding.

The "ISRC-AAM-CID 2.0 Discussion Draft" was released in August 2026 and covers artificial intelligence music identity identification, AI use disclosure, content source verification, and interoperability mechanisms with existing music data infrastructure.

2. AI Digital Employees and Enterprise-Level Artificial Intelligence Applications

The two parties plan to cooperate around OZStaff AI, OZBeat AI's artificial intelligence employee system, and to explore applications of AI digital employees in scenarios such as content creation, brand operations, digital marketing, customer service, process automation, creator services, and physical industries.

3. AI Content and Creator Commercialization Ecosystem

The two parties plan to explore building a service chain covering creation, identification, display, trading, and commercialization around AI music, short videos, digital humans, creator tools, and related digital content, and to study synergies with the group's existing and future digital platforms and ecosystem partners.

The group has consistently been actively exploring artificial intelligence applications, the digital economy, and related business opportunities against the backdrop of intellectual property operations and the creator ecosystem.

The board of directors believes that this strategic cooperation is consistent with the group's long-term development direction of expanding its artificial intelligence and digital content ecosystem and enhancing its AI platform service capabilities.

If the relevant cooperation is gradually implemented, it will help the group to: strengthen AIGC content identification, AI use disclosure, and source recording capabilities; explore AI digital employee and enterprise-level AI application scenarios; expand the commercialization ecosystem for AI content, digital copyright, and creator services; and further connect with international digital content data and related industry ecosystems.
