Laguna Resorts & Hotels Public Company Limited reported a net profit of about 5.21 million Singapore dollars for the quarter ended Jun, 30 2026, rebounding from a net loss of roughly 4.68 million Singapore dollars in the same period a year earlier.

Total revenue grew by approximately 35.19 million Singapore dollars year on year, supported chiefly by a 35.58 million-Singapore-dollar surge in property development income from the Skypark Celeste, Banyan Tree Beach Residences (Aegir and Nammu), Angsana Oceanview Residences and Laguna Beach Residences Seashore projects. Other income rose about 1.02 million Singapore dollars on insurance compensation related to the prior year’s earthquake.

Expenses increased by roughly 20.68 million Singapore dollars, driven mainly by a 15.40 million-Singapore-dollar rise in property development costs and a 4.08 million-Singapore-dollar jump in selling expenses tied to higher commissions and marketing spend. Contributions from joint ventures and associates improved by around 0.38 million Singapore dollars, while finance income added a similar 0.38 million Singapore dollars. Income-tax expense climbed by about 5.17 million Singapore dollars due to higher deferred tax liabilities stemming from property sales.

As of Jun, 30 2026, total assets reached approximately 1.37 billion Singapore dollars, up 16.57 million Singapore dollars from Dec, 31 2025. Total liabilities inched up 2.11 million Singapore dollars to about 672 million Singapore dollars, while shareholders’ equity expanded by 14.45 million Singapore dollars to roughly 698 million Singapore dollars.

The group said around 28% of its debt matures within 12 months. With current assets of about 411.6 million Singapore dollars against current liabilities of roughly 304.9 million Singapore dollars, Laguna Resorts & Hotels reported a current ratio of 1.4 times and said it retains adequate liquidity to meet near-term obligations.
