Tianjin Port Development Maintains 6.16 Billion Issued Shares, Affirms Public-Float Compliance for March 2026

For the month ended 31 March 2026, Tianjin Port Development Holdings Limited reported no changes in either authorised or issued share capital. Authorised ordinary shares remained at 12.00 billion, each with a par value of HKD 0.10, keeping total authorised capital at HKD 1.20 billion.

Issued shares (excluding treasury shares) were unchanged at 6.16 billion, with no treasury stock outstanding. The company recorded no movements in share options, warrants, convertibles, or other equity-related instruments during the period.

The board confirmed that Tianjin Port Development satisfied Hong Kong’s minimum public-float requirement of 25% as at 31 March 2026. The monthly return was filed with Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited on 1 April 2026 by Company Secretary Warren Cheung.
