INNOVENT BIO Issues 38.87k New Shares in June; Public Float Remains Compliant

On 7 July 2026, Innovent Biologics (INNOVENT BIO; HKEX: 01801) filed its monthly return for the period ended 30 June 2026, detailing limited movements in share capital driven entirely by employee incentive plans.

Authorised share capital stayed unchanged at 5.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of USD 0.00001, equivalent to USD 50,000.

During June, total issued shares increased by 38,870 to 1,738,286,103. All additional shares arose from the exercise of employee share options; no treasury shares were in issue or transferred.

Breakdown of option activity: • Pre-IPO Share Incentive Plan—5,000 options exercised. • Post-IPO Share Option Scheme—33,870 options exercised and 838,511 options cancelled. • 2024 Share Scheme—5,000 options granted and 8,000 options lapsed.

The option exercises generated HKD 1.18 million in subscription proceeds.

After the above movements, Innovent Biologics confirmed compliance with the Main Board’s 25 % minimum public-float requirement. No new shares were issued under warrants, convertibles, restricted share plans, or other agreements, and the company reported no share repurchases or treasury share adjustments for the month.
