Stock Track | Vicor Plummets 6.15% Intraday as Insider Selling and Profit-Taking Continue

Stock Track
Jun 01

Vicor Corporation's stock experienced a significant intraday decline of 6.15% on Monday, extending its recent corrective trend following a substantial rally.

The decline comes as multiple company insiders have been actively reducing their positions. Director D'Amico Andrew sold shares in late May, while major shareholder Vinciarelli Patrizio disclosed multiple transactions involving the sale of thousands of shares. These sales follow earlier selling by another director and represent continued insider activity.

The stock had previously rallied over 30% after the company raised its second-quarter revenue guidance significantly above analyst expectations. However, the combination of sustained insider selling and concentrated profit-taking from short-term holders has created downward pressure, leading to a technical correction from recent highs.
