Aug 03

DKE Holding Company Limited confirmed that the 30-day stabilization window tied to its Hong Kong initial public offering concluded on 2 August 2026 without any price-support operations.

• No over-allocation occurred in the International Placing, so the Sponsor-Overall Coordinator did not exercise the Over-allotment Option. Consequently, no additional H Shares were issued, and the option lapsed automatically on 2 August 2026.

• The Stabilizing Manager, its affiliates and any persons acting on its behalf undertook no stabilization actions during the period.

• Following the close of the stabilization period, DKE stated that it continues to meet the minimum public float requirement set out in Rule 19A.13A of the Hong Kong Listing Rules.

The board is chaired by Zhou Aijun, who also serves as Executive Director and General Manager.
