Kingsoft Cloud Holdings Ltd's stock surged 5.12% in pre-market trading following the release of its strong financial results for the full year 2025.
The company reported that its FY2025 non-GAAP EBITDA more than doubled to RMB2.3 billion, while revenue grew 22.8% to RMB9.6 billion. The strong performance was attributed to robust AI demand and higher enterprise cloud project activity throughout the year.
In the fourth quarter alone, AI gross billing rose 95% to RMB926 million, with the company's CEO noting that demand for intelligent computing remained strong heading into FY2026. The improved financial metrics, including a narrowed net loss and better cost control, appear to have driven investor optimism during the pre-market session.
