HONGHUA GROUP (00196) has announced that Mr. Wang Xu has resigned from his positions as Chairman of the Board, Executive Director, Chairman of the Nomination Committee, and Chairman of the Strategic Investment Committee, effective August 12, 2026. The resignation is due to work adjustments.

Following Mr. Wang's departure, the roles of Chairman of the Board and Chairman of the Strategic Investment Committee will remain temporarily vacant. The Board is actively seeking suitable candidates to fill these positions and will make appointments as soon as practicable.

Mr. Zhu Hua, Executive Director and President of the company, will temporarily assist the Board in coordinating the company's management and operations to ensure business continuity.
