Fraser and Neave (F99) to acquire 19.99% stake in Comvita

Fraser and Neave, Limited (F99) announced on May, 12 2026 that it will subscribe for about 25.95 million new Comvita shares, representing 19.99 percent of the New Zealand firm, for a total cash consideration of 18.84 million New Zealand dollars, or roughly 14.25 million Singapore dollars.

The shares will be issued to F&N Ventures under the Entitlement Offer’s underwriting commitment and top-up placement, with settlement on the NZX and completion of the transaction expected on May, 18 2026.

Following the investment, the aggregate cost of Fraser and Neave’s quoted investments will rise to 25.2 million Singapore dollars from 11.0 million Singapore dollars, increasing their share of the group’s latest audited net tangible assets to 1.0 percent from 0.4 percent.

The total market value of the group’s quoted investments is projected to increase to 16.6 million Singapore dollars, with no provision for diminution in value reported.
