Hygeia Healthcare (HYGEIA HEALTH) Executes HKD 5.00 Million On-Market Share Buyback, Reducing Outstanding Shares by 0.08%

Hygeia Healthcare Holdings Co., Limited carried out an on-market repurchase of 488,600 ordinary shares on 3 September 2026, spending HKD 4.99 million at prices ranging from HKD 10.15 to HKD 10.25 per share. The volume-weighted average purchase price was approximately HKD 10.23.

Following the transaction, the company’s issued share capital (excluding treasury shares) fell from 605.25 million to 604.76 million, equivalent to a 0.08% reduction. Treasury shares held increased to 13.73 million, while total issued shares remained unchanged at 618.50 million.

The buyback forms part of the repurchase mandate approved by shareholders on 26 June 2026, which permits the company to repurchase up to 60.77 million shares. Cumulative repurchases under this mandate now stand at 2.98 million shares, representing 0.49% of the issued share count at the mandate date.

In accordance with Hong Kong listing rules, Hygeia Healthcare is subject to a 30-day moratorium on issuing new shares or transferring treasury shares, ending on 3 October 2026.
