Thai Beverage Ends Fitch Ratings Coverage

Thai Beverage Public Company Limited (THBEV) announced on Apr, 21 2026 that it has terminated its credit rating service with Fitch Ratings, leading the agency to withdraw the brewer’s Long-Term Foreign-Currency Issuer Default Rating, National Long-Term Rating and the ratings on its senior unsecured Thai baht debentures.

The company stated that the decision has no material impact on its current debt obligations, operating performance or credit profile.

THBEV will continue to maintain rating agreements with Moody’s Investor Service and TRIS Rating Co., Ltd. The company is rated “Baa3 with a stable outlook” by Moody’s and “AA with a stable outlook” by TRIS.
