CIMC Declares FY2025 Final Dividend of RMB 0.179 per Share, Payable on 10 August 2026

China International Marine Containers (Group) Co., Ltd. (CIMC) has confirmed a final ordinary dividend of RMB 0.179 per share for the financial year ended 31 December 2025. Shareholders approved the distribution on 16 June 2026, and the company published the updated details on 17 June 2026, including the default payment currency and exchange rate.

The dividend will be paid in Hong Kong dollars at HKD 0.206 per share, calculated using an exchange rate of RMB 1 = HKD 1.1502. Key timetable: ex-dividend date on 2 July 2026; last day to lodge share transfers by 16:30 on 3 July 2026; book closure from 6 to 10 July 2026; record date on 10 July 2026; and payment date on 10 August 2026.

Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited will handle share registration, while Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (Asia) Limited acts as the receiving agent for H-shareholders. Dividend cheques will be dispatched by ordinary post at shareholders’ risk.

Withholding tax arrangements: • Non-resident enterprise shareholders: 10% corporate income tax. • Non-resident individuals from Hong Kong, Macau, or countries with a 10% dividend tax treaty: 10% individual income tax. • Non-resident individuals from treaty jurisdictions with lower rates: CIMC will apply for the preferential rate; those from jurisdictions with rates between 10% and 20% will have tax withheld at the agreed effective rate. • Non-resident individuals without applicable treaties or with a 20% treaty rate: 20% individual income tax. • Mainland investors in H-shares via Shanghai-Hong Kong or Shenzhen-Hong Kong Stock Connect: 20% individual income tax; equivalent treatment for mainland securities investment funds.

Southbound Trading investors will receive the dividend in Renminbi, with record and payment dates aligned with other H-shareholders.

As of the announcement date, CIMC’s board comprises one executive director, five non-executive directors, and three independent non-executive directors.
