ZHENRO SERVICES (06958) has announced that Ms. Lian Shao'e, one of the company's joint company secretaries, has resigned from her position as joint company secretary, effective March 26, 2026. Concurrently, Ms. Lian will continue to serve as the company's authorized representative in Hong Kong for receiving legal process documents and notices under Part 16 of the Hong Kong Companies Ordinance (Chapter 622), with this role remaining unchanged.
