Sri Trang Gloves (Thailand) PCL repurchases 500,000 shares under ongoing buyback plan

Sri Trang Gloves (Thailand) PCL (STGT) announced that it bought back 500,000 shares on Jun, 24 2026 via on-exchange transactions at THB 10.20 apiece, spending about 0.19 million Singapore dollars.

The latest purchase lifts total shares repurchased since the programme began to 2.5 million, representing roughly 0.09% of the company’s paid-up capital, for an aggregate outlay of around 0.99 million Singapore dollars.

STGT’s board approved the share repurchase programme on May, 8 2026, authorising the company to buy back up to 62.1 million shares, or 2.17% of its outstanding stock, by Nov, 7 2026. All purchases are being executed on the Stock Exchange of Thailand.
