Shougang Fushan Resources Group Limited has announced a senior management change effective 10 August 2026. Ms. Kong Ling Yan has resigned from her roles as Company Secretary and Authorised Representative, citing personal career development. Concurrently, Ms. Wong Mei Shan has been appointed to both positions.

Ms. Wong is a certified public accountant and a fellow of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Her professional background spans more than 15 years in company secretarial work, corporate governance and compliance. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology and a Bachelor of Laws from the University of London.

The board confirmed that Ms. Kong departs without disagreement and expressed appreciation for her service, while welcoming Ms. Wong to her new roles. The announcement was authorised by Chairman Mr. Chen Yi on behalf of the Board.
