Concord New Energy Group Limited has announced that the latest Circular and Notice of Annual General Meeting (AGM) are now accessible in both English and Chinese on its corporate website (http://www.irasia.com/listco/hk/concordnewenergy) and on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange website (www.hkexnews.hk).

The company strongly encourages shareholders to review the documents online. Non-registered shareholders who encounter difficulties accessing the electronic versions, or who prefer hard copies, can obtain printed documents free of charge by completing the enclosed request form and returning it to the Hong Kong branch share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited, 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong, or by emailing 182-ecom@vistra.com. A prepaid mailing label is provided for local postal returns.

Shareholders holding shares through banks, brokers, custodians or other nominees are reminded to provide a functional email address to their intermediary if they wish to receive future corporate communications electronically. Until a valid email is supplied, notices of publication will be sent only in printed form.
