New China Asset Management Increases Stake in GTHT by 2.5 Million Shares at HK$15.0607 Each

According to the latest data from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, on July 15, New China Asset Management Co., Ltd. increased its holding in GTHT (02611) by 2.5 million shares at a price of HK$15.0607 per share, with a total consideration of approximately HK$37.65 million.

Following this transaction, the latest shareholding amounts to roughly 596 million shares, representing a 17.00% stake.

This transaction involves a connected party: New China Life Insurance Company Ltd.

Supplementary information: The substantial shareholder's aggregate long position in the H shares of the listed company crossed above 17% as a result of an on-market acquisition of 2,500,000 H shares on July 15, 2026, increasing its aggregate interest from 16.929% to 17.000%.

The acquired shares are directly held by New China Asset Management Co., Ltd.; the indirect interest of 464,501,200 H shares (13.25%) continues to be held through its controlled corporation, New China Asset Management (Hong Kong) Limited.

On July 15, 2026, New China Asset Management Co., Ltd. acquired 2,500,000 H shares of the listed company on-market, causing the substantial shareholder's aggregate deemed long position to cross above 17% (from 16.929% to 17.000%).

The substantial shareholder is deemed under Part XV of the SFO to be interested in the H shares of the listed company by virtue of its control of (i) New China Asset Management Co., Ltd. and (ii) New China Asset Management (Hong Kong) Limited.
