JINSHANG BANK Posts Stable June 2026 Share Capital; Confirms Public Float Compliance

Jinshang Bank Co., Ltd. reported no changes to its share capital structure for the month ended 30 June 2026, according to its monthly return filed with Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited on 6 July 2026.

Share capital • Authorised/registered shares stood at 5.84 billion, carrying a total par value of RMB 5.84 billion. • H-share tranche: 970.65 million shares (par value: RMB 1) remained unchanged versus the previous month. • Domestic shares: 4.87 billion shares (par value: RMB 1) also showed no movement.

Issued shares and treasury position • Total issued H shares (excluding treasury shares) stayed at 970.65 million. • Total issued domestic shares remained at 4.87 billion. • The Bank held no treasury shares, and there were no share repurchases, cancellations, or conversions during the month.

Public float Jinshang Bank affirmed that it continued to satisfy the Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s minimum public float requirement of 16.62 percent for its H-share class.

Corporate details The return was signed by Executive Director Hao Qiang. The Bank, incorporated in the People’s Republic of China, reiterates that the concept of “authorised share capital” does not apply under PRC company law; the figures disclosed represent issued share capital.

No share options, warrants, convertibles, or other equity-linked instruments were outstanding or exercised in June 2026.
