STAR CM Holdings Limited reported that it repurchased 13,300 ordinary shares on 26 June 2026 through on-market transactions at prices between HK$0.84 and HK$0.85, for an aggregate consideration of HK$11.42 million. All repurchased shares have been retained as treasury stock.
Following the transaction: • Issued shares (excluding treasury stock) fell from 398.07 million to 398.05 million, a 0.0033% reduction. • Treasury shares increased to 484,700, leaving total issued shares unchanged at 398.54 million.
The purchase was executed under the company’s share-repurchase mandate approved on 18 June 2026, which permits the buy-back of up to 39.85 million shares. Cumulative repurchases under this mandate now total 417,400 shares, representing 0.10% of the issued share base at the mandate date.
No shares have been cancelled. In line with Hong Kong Stock Exchange rules, STAR CM is subject to a 30-day moratorium—until 26 July 2026—on issuing new shares or selling treasury shares following this repurchase. The company confirmed that all regulatory requirements and listing rules were fully observed in executing the transaction.
