Rex International Holding Limited (5WH) said it was notified on Apr, 24 2026 that its subsidiary Masirah Oil Limited had received a Notice of Arbitration dated Apr, 20 2026 concerning claims under a charterparty signed on Jul, 10 2025 with Prive Overseas Marine LLC.
The arbitration has been filed with the Singapore Chamber of Maritime Arbitration. Rex International stated it will provide further updates on SGXNet as and when material developments arise.
