Shijiazhuang Yiling Pharmaceutical Co.,Ltd. (002603.SZ) has announced that it recently received the "Acceptance Notice" from the National Medical Products Administration (NMPA) for the drug named "LB220-D08 Extended-Release Tablets".

LB220-D08 is a completely new small-molecule chemical drug developed independently by the company and is a Class 1 chemical new drug with independent intellectual property rights. This product is a complement inhibitor targeting Factor B. By inhibiting Factor B, it can selectively block the alternative pathway, preventing the activation of C3 convertase. This action inhibits the formation of toxins such as C3a and C5a, as well as the assembly of C5 convertase and the membrane attack complex (MAC, C5b-9), while preserving the normal function of the lectin and classical signaling pathways.
