China Everbright Water Limited announced on May, 4 2026 that its monthly return for the period ended Apr, 30 2026 showed no changes in either authorised or issued share capital.
The authorised share capital remained at 10,000,000,000 ordinary shares, while the issued share count was unchanged at 2,860,876,723 with no treasury shares held. The company also confirmed that it continued to meet the minimum public-float requirement of 25%.
No share options, warrants, convertible securities or other agreements to issue additional shares were outstanding or exercised during the month.
