XD Inc. (Hong Kong-listed) has disclosed the following key developments in its Next Day Disclosure Return filed on 18 August 2026:

• Latest on-market buyback: On 18 August 2026, the company repurchased 185,000 ordinary shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange at prices between HKD 41.70 and HKD 43.04, spending HKD 7.80 million in aggregate. All of these shares are intended for cancellation.

• Cumulative shares awaiting cancellation: Including the most recent transaction, repurchases conducted between 31 July and 18 August total 1.85 million shares, representing approximately 0.38 % of XD Inc.’s current issued share capital of 483.88 million shares. No treasury shares are held. The issued share count therefore remains unchanged until cancellation is completed.

• Repurchase mandate usage: The 28 May 2026 shareholder mandate authorises XD Inc. to buy back up to 48.93 million shares. To date, 7.27 million shares have been repurchased under this mandate, equivalent to 1.49 % of the issued share base at the mandate date.

• Moratorium period: In line with Hong Kong listing rules, the company is restricted from issuing new shares or selling any treasury shares until 17 September 2026 (30 days after the latest buyback).

XD Inc.’s continued utilisation of its buyback mandate underscores ongoing capital management efforts, with further reductions in share count pending formal cancellation of the repurchased shares.
