Tianju Dihe (Suzhou) Technology Co., Ltd. (TIANJUDIHE) announced a delay in dispatching its annual report for the financial year ended 31 December 2025. Under Hong Kong Listing Rule 13.46(2), the report was due by 30 April 2026, four months after the fiscal year-end. Management attributed the postponement to additional time required to finalise the document and pledged to release it “as soon as possible.”
The company’s shares have been suspended from trading on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange since 1 April 2025 because of outstanding financial results, including the FY2024 annual results and FY2025 interim figures. Suspension will remain in effect until all resumption guidance requirements set by the exchange are met.
TIANJUDIHE’s board, chaired by Executive Director Zuo Lei, reiterated that shareholders and potential investors should exercise caution when dealing in its securities. The firm has issued multiple statements since March 2025 outlining its reporting delays and auditor changes; the latest update, dated 30 April 2026, confirms ongoing efforts to complete the FY2025 annual report and resume trading.
