Shanghai Biren Technology Co., Ltd. (Biren Tech) expanded its Hong Kong–listed H-share base during September 2026, issuing 8.22 million new shares through its H Share Incentive Scheme. The transaction lifted the company’s H-share count by 0.61 % month-on-month to 1.36 billion shares and raised its registered H-share capital to RMB 27.24 million, up RMB 0.16 million from August.

After the latest issuance, Biren Tech’s total issued share capital—combining 1.36 billion H shares and 1.24 billion domestic shares—stands at 2.60 billion shares. No treasury shares were outstanding or transferred during the period, and the domestic-share base remained unchanged.

The September allotment stemmed from the H Share Incentive Scheme approved on 15 June 2026, which permits share grants up to 10 % of Biren Tech’s issued capital at that time. Following the grant of 8.24 million awards on 17 September, 20,744 shares remain available for issuance or transfer under this specific tranche.

Separately, the H Share Option Scheme—also approved on 15 June 2026—reported no option exercises, lapses or cancellations in September. Capacity for a further 235.65 million H shares (representing the unused portion of its 10 % mandate) remains available for future option grants.

Biren Tech confirmed compliance with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s minimum public-float requirement of 10 % for its H-share class. No warrants, convertibles, or other equity-linked securities were issued, and there were no share repurchases or redemptions during the month.
