Li Auto Inc. announced a next-day disclosure return indicating a new share repurchase executed on 7 August 2026. The company bought back 490,050 Class A WVR ordinary shares on the Nasdaq Global Select Market at prices ranging between USD 6.395 and USD 6.500 per share, equivalent to a volume-weighted average purchase price of USD 6.47. The aggregate consideration totalled approximately USD 3.17 million.
Following the transaction, Li Auto’s issued share count (excluding treasury shares) decreased by 0.03 % to 1.73159 billion. Meanwhile, the number of treasury shares rose to 86.73 million. Total issued shares, including treasury stock, remained unchanged at 1.81833 billion.
The repurchase forms part of a mandate approved on 29 May 2026 that authorises Li Auto to buy back up to 214.28 million shares. Cumulative repurchases under this mandate have reached 67.14 million shares, representing 3.13 % of the issued share capital on the mandate’s approval date.
Under Hong Kong listing rules, the company is subject to a moratorium prohibiting new share issues or treasury-share disposals until 6 September 2026.
