Singapore Technologies Engineering Ltd (S63) reported group revenue of 3.26 billion Singapore dollars for the three months ended Mar, 31 2026, an 11 per cent increase from 2.92 billion Singapore dollars in the same period a year earlier. Excluding the contribution from LeeBoy, which was divested in Sep, 2025, revenue grew 15 per cent year-on-year.

Revenue expansion was broad-based across all three core segments. Defence & Public Security generated 1.41 billion Singapore dollars, up 7 per cent year-on-year and 13 per cent excluding the divested LeeBoy business. Commercial Aerospace delivered 1.32 billion Singapore dollars, a 15 per cent increase attributed to higher engine maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) activities and nacelle deliveries. Urban Solutions & Satcom rose 18 per cent to 525 million Singapore dollars, with Urban Solutions exceeding 15 per cent growth and Satcom surpassing 30 per cent.

New contract wins totalled 4.8 billion Singapore dollars during the quarter: 2.4 billion Singapore dollars in Defence & Public Security, 1.7 billion Singapore dollars in Commercial Aerospace and 700 million Singapore dollars in Urban Solutions & Satcom. The order book stood at 34.5 billion Singapore dollars as at Mar, 31 2026, of which 8.0 billion Singapore dollars is scheduled for delivery during the remainder of the year.

Management said direct financial exposure to ongoing Middle East conflict currently accounts for less than 3 per cent of group revenue, with limited supply-chain disruptions and no material financial impact identified to date.

The board declared an interim dividend of 4.0 Singapore cents per share for 1Q2026.
