Heng Tai Announces Voluntary Resignation of Auditor RSM Hong Kong, Initiates Search for Replacement

Bulletin Express
Jul 10

Heng Tai Consumables Group Limited reported that RSM Hong Kong has voluntarily resigned as the Company’s auditor, effective 10 July 2026. The resignation follows an internal resource and workflow realignment at RSM.

RSM confirmed it is unaware of any matters requiring attention from shareholders or creditors. The Board and its Audit Committee stated there is no disagreement with RSM and no additional issues to disclose in connection with the resignation.

According to the Company, RSM had not begun audit work on the financial statements for the fiscal year ended 30 June 2026. Management therefore expects no material impact on the 2026 audit process or the timing of the Group’s annual results release.

The Board expressed appreciation for RSM’s past professional services and is actively appointing a new auditor to fill the resulting casual vacancy until the next annual general meeting. Further announcements will be made once the new auditor is confirmed.
