XD Inc. buys back 180,000 shares on 10 Aug; cumulative 6.17 million repurchased under 2026 mandate

XD Inc. (HKEX: 02400) filed a Next Day Disclosure Return showing an on-market repurchase of 180,000 ordinary shares on 10 August 2026. The shares were acquired at prices between HKD 43.70 and HKD 44.84, for a total consideration of HKD 7.95 million.

The latest transaction lifts total shares repurchased since the 28 May 2026 mandate to 6,168,400, representing 1.26 % of the company’s issued share capital (excluding treasury shares) at the date of the mandate. All repurchased shares are intended for cancellation; none will be held as treasury stock.

Despite the ongoing buy-back programme, XD Inc.’s issued share capital remains unchanged at 489,307,964 shares as of 10 August 2026, as the repurchased shares have not yet been cancelled.

Under Hong Kong listing rules, the company is subject to a 30-day moratorium on issuing new shares following the 10 August repurchase, running through 9 September 2026.
