Xi'An Bright Laser Technologies Co.,Ltd. (688333.SH) has announced that the company intends to register and establish a wholly-owned subsidiary in Taicang High-tech Zone, Jiangsu Province, to invest in a metal additive high-end manufacturing industrial base project.

The project plans an investment of 1 billion yuan (inclusive), acquiring approximately 100 mu of land to construct a metal additive manufacturing equipment production workshop, a high-precision metal additive product printing workshop, a post-processing workshop, and supporting office buildings, with a total construction area of approximately 104,000 square meters and a construction period of about 24 months.

By establishing a wholly-owned subsidiary in Taicang to build the metal additive high-end manufacturing industrial base project, the company aims to provide metal additive manufacturing equipment and customized printing services to regional customers nearby, which is conducive to continuously increasing the company's market share in the civil sector, improving customer response efficiency, further expanding business scale, and enhancing the company's overall strength.
