Easy Smart Group Holdings Limited announced that, effective 11 May 2026, Dr. Tang Tian-Shen, 68, has been appointed Executive Director, Chairman of the Board, and member of the Nomination Committee. Concurrently, former Chairman Mr. Ng Wing Woon Dave will continue as Director and Chief Executive Officer but will step down from the Nomination Committee.

Dr. Tang brings more than 30 years of semiconductor and integrated-circuit experience. His recent roles include Executive Director of Moxin Artificial Intelligence Technology (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd., and Independent Director of Anji Microelectronics Technology (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. (SSE: 688019). Previous senior positions span Semiconductor Manufacturing International Corporation, Shanghai Huahong NEC Electronics, Solantro Semiconductor Corporation and Intel Corporation. He has also held directorships at United Nova Technology (SSE: 688469), Whirlpool (China) (SSE: 600983) and Brite Semiconductor (SSE: 688691).

Service terms stipulate an initial one-year contract commencing 11 May 2026, automatically renewable on an annual basis, with either party able to terminate by one month’s notice. Annual remuneration is fixed at HK$0.40 million plus a discretionary bonus, subject to board and remuneration committee review. Dr. Tang will stand for re-election at the next annual general meeting and at least once every three years thereafter.
