Apr 23

Zhaoke Ophthalmology Limited on 23 April 2026 announced that its latest Annual Report and accompanying Circular are now available in both English and Chinese on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s HKExnews website and the company’s own site (www.zkoph.com).

The company confirmed it has adopted the Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s paperless listing regime, effective 31 December 2023, and will distribute all future corporate communications—including annual and interim reports, meeting notices, circulars and proxy forms—electronically. Shareholders are expected to access these materials directly online and are encouraged to provide email addresses to their respective brokers, banks, custodians or other intermediaries to ensure timely receipt of notifications.

Non-registered shareholders who encounter difficulties with electronic access, or who prefer hard-copy documents, may request printed versions free of charge. Such requests should be submitted to the Hong Kong share registrar, Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited, by email (zhaokeophthalmology.ecom@computershare.com.hk) or by post to 17M Floor, Hopewell Centre, 183 Queen’s Road East, Wan Chai, Hong Kong. Each request for printed materials will remain valid for one year unless revoked or replaced.

For further enquiries, shareholders can contact the share registrar’s hotline at (852) 2862 8688 during business hours on weekdays.
