Under Hong Kong Stock Exchange Listing Rule 13.46, the company is required to send the annual report to shareholders no later than four months after the end of the fiscal year, which would be July 31, 2026. The delay stems from the company's recent cash flow shortage, which has prevented it from settling outstanding bills related to the preparation, publication, and distribution of the annual report. Additionally, METASPACEX (01796) has been unable to pay the full interest due on a bond with a principal amount of HK$5 million when it became due.
