Digital Domain Holdings Limited will convene its Annual General Meeting on 29 June 2026 at 10:30 a.m. in Hong Kong. Shareholders are scheduled to vote on eight ordinary resolutions that focus on financial reporting, board composition, auditor appointment and capital management authorities.
The board will seek approval to receive and adopt the audited consolidated financial statements and the accompanying directors’ and independent auditor’s reports for the financial year ended 31 December 2025.
Governance matters dominate the agenda with the proposed re-election of eight directors: • Executive: Mr. Wong Cheung Lok and Dr. Sun Ta-Chien • Non-executive: Ms. Chu Wing Sze and Mr. Wang Wei-Chung • Independent non-executive: Mr. Duan Xiongfei, Ms. Lau Cheong, Dr. Elizabeth Monk Daley and Mr. Woo King Hang
Shareholders will also be asked to authorise the board to set directors’ remuneration and to re-appoint BDO Limited as external auditor, with authority for the directors to fix the auditor’s remuneration.
Three capital‐related mandates are proposed: 1. A general mandate for share repurchases. 2. A general mandate to issue, allot and deal with additional shares. 3. An extension of the issuance mandate by the number of shares repurchased under the preceding authority.
Proxy forms must be lodged with Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited no later than 48 hours before the meeting. Attendance in person will override any previously submitted proxy instructions.
