Sinopec SSC Reports Stable Share Base in June 2026; H-Share Public Float at 14.85%

For the month ended 30 June 2026, Sinopec Oilfield Service Corporation (Sinopec SSC) recorded no movements in either authorised or issued share capital across its A-share and H-share classes.

Authorised / Registered Capital • A-shares: 13.55 billion units at RMB 1 par value, unchanged from the previous month. • H-shares: 5.41 billion units at RMB 1 par value, also unchanged. • Combined authorised capital remained at RMB 18.96 billion.

Issued Shares and Treasury Shares • Issued A-shares (Shanghai Stock Exchange): 13.55 billion; treasury balance: zero. • Issued H-shares (Hong Kong Stock Exchange): 5.41 billion; treasury balance: zero. • No new issues, cancellations, or share buy-backs were recorded during the month.

Public Float Compliance • The proportion of H-shares held by the public stood at 14.85%, comfortably above the 5% minimum required for PRC issuers under Hong Kong Listing Rules. The company confirmed full compliance with all public-float and listing requirements as of month-end.

No share options, warrants, convertible securities, or other equity-linked instruments were outstanding or exercised during the period, and no Hong Kong Depositary Receipts were in issue.

The monthly return was authorised by Company Secretary Shen Zehong and submitted to Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited on 2 July 2026.
