Ley Choon Group Shareholders Clear Path to Mainboard Transfer at Mar, 18 2026 EGM

Ley Choon Group Holdings Limited announced that all resolutions were approved at its extraordinary general meeting (EGM) held on Mar, 18 2026.

The special resolution to transfer the company’s listing from Catalist to the Mainboard of the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited received 1,123,564,815 votes in favour and 7,423,800 votes against, representing 99.34% approval out of 1,130,988,615 votes cast.

An ordinary resolution to adopt a new share issue mandate was passed with 1,127,258,115 votes for and 3,741,500 votes against, translating to 99.67% support from the 1,130,999,615 votes cast.

Shareholders also approved amendments to the company’s Performance Share Plan 2018, securing 28,771,735 votes for and 11,165,300 votes against, or 72.04% of the 39,937,035 votes cast. Directors, their associates and other eligible participants in the plan, representing 1,091,062,580 shares, abstained from voting on this resolution.
