Rokae (Shandong) Robotics Group Inc. (ROKAE Robotics) reported to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange that on 10 August 2026 it issued and allotted 3.45 million additional H shares following the full exercise of the over-allotment option linked to its recent listing.

The new shares were priced at HKD 38.00 each and lifted the company’s outstanding H-share count from 249.79 million to 253.25 million, an increase of 1.38%. No treasury shares were created or cancelled in the process.

ROKAE Robotics’ unlisted ordinary shares were unchanged at 11.93 million, keeping the group’s total issued share capital at 265.18 million shares.

The filing confirms that all proceeds have been received and the share issuance complied with Hong Kong listing rules and other regulatory requirements. No share repurchases or on-market sales of treasury shares were recorded during the period.
