Zhaoke Ophthalmology Limited disclosed that it repurchased 7,500 ordinary shares on 3 July 2026 via on-exchange transactions at prices ranging from HKD 2.58 to HKD 2.62, for a total consideration of HKD 19,610.25.
Including this latest transaction, the company has bought back 1.70 million shares since the repurchase mandate was approved on 15 May 2026. The aggregate repurchases represent 3.10 % of the 54.87 million-share limit authorised by that mandate and about 0.31 % of the current issued share base.
All 1.70 million shares are earmarked for cancellation but were still outstanding as at 3 July 2026, leaving the company’s issued share capital unchanged at 548.75 million shares.
Under Hong Kong Stock Exchange rules, Zhaoke Ophthalmology is subject to a moratorium on new share issuance or treasury-share sales until 3 August 2026.
The board confirmed that all repurchases complied with applicable listing rules and regulatory requirements.
