SKB BIO (06990) has announced that it has received the relevant payments from Suzhou Yilian Biopharmaceutical Co., Ltd. (Yilian Biopharma) in accordance with a previously established settlement agreement.

The settlement, which was agreed upon with Yilian Biopharma and individuals Dr. Tongtong Xue, Dr. Liang Xiao, and Dr. Jiaqiang Cai, has resulted in a payment to the company. Specifically, SKB BIO has recently received RMB 602.5 million from Yilian Biopharma. This amount represents the revenue share owed to SKB BIO from the out-licensing of YL201.

In total, from the 2026 fiscal year up to the date of this announcement, the company has received aggregate payments of RMB 702.7 million from Yilian Biopharma under the terms of the settlement. This total includes the aforementioned RMB 602.5 million payment.
